Rev. Norman Michaud is a native New Englander who came to serve our church in November 2021. A lifetime member of the United Church of Christ, Norman came to ministry after a long career as a high school and college teacher of English composition in Maine and New Hampshire. He has a BA in English and a BS in sociology, both of which he received from Keene State College, and a Master’s Degree in writing from the University of New Hampshire. He completed his Masters of Divinity degree in 2016 at the Iliff School of Theology in Denver, Colorado and was ordained into the Christian ministry in 2019. Prior to his arrival in Putnam, Norman was serving as pastor of Northglenn UCC in Colorado. In addition to his ministry with our church, Norman is an avid swimmer and Patriots fan.
